ChromaFit integrates with Apple HealthKit. To ensure proper syncing:

Water intake is tracked directly in ChromaFit (not HealthKit). Simply tap the quick-add buttons (+8, +16, or custom) to log your hydration throughout the day.

Getting Accurate Physique Scores:

For best results when scanning your physique:

Workout Plan Generation:

After receiving your AI scores, you can generate personalized 3-6 day workout splits. Pro members get 20 workout plans per month, while free users get 3.
